The Racing Future F4 Academy is our elite program for the most talented young drivers ready to make the transition from karting to single-seater racing. Under the guidance of Marcin Budkowski and our team of professional coaches, selected drivers get the opportunity to test and develop in real Formula 4 cars at world-class circuits across Spain, Italy and France.

How to Join
The Selection Process
Application
Submit your driver profile, karting results and a short video. Our team reviews every application personally.
Assessment Day
Selected candidates are invited to an assessment day at our karting academy in Poland or a Spanish circuit.
F4 Test
Successful candidates complete a supervised F4 test session. Data is analysed and feedback provided.
Program Entry
Drivers who demonstrate the required potential are offered a place in the full F4 Academy program.
